DineVise

Website terms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of dinevise.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who runs this site

This website is operated by the founders of DineVise, Andreas Ptochopoulos and Flavio Strianese, while the DineVise company is being incorporated. Contact: hello@dinevise.com.

2. DineVise is in development

DineVise is restaurant management software that is still being built. The features, screens and timings described on this site are planned, not finished, and may change as we learn from pilot restaurants. Images on the site are product concepts, not screenshots of a released product.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a price, or a commitment to deliver any feature by a given date.

3. Registering interest in the pilot

Registering interest does not create a contract and does not guarantee a place in the pilot. Taking part in a pilot will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timing, hardware, payment providers, support and data.

Please give accurate details when you register. We handle them as described in our privacy notice.

4. Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You must not misuse it, including by trying to break its security, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send content through the form that is unlawful or not yours to send.

5. Intellectual property

The DineVise name, logo, text, designs and code on this site belong to the DineVise founders or their licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission, except to quote or link to the site in a fair way.

6. Information and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and do not promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Links to other sites

Where the site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the site or the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
